Easing in

After Thursday's terrible session me legs still ached on Saturday and with a gig to go to in the evening, I decided it best to postpone the next session until today.  It was a beautiful morning, the sun was out and the ground was hard with frost.  The only other people I met on my route down the canal were other joggers and dog walkers.

Even better, I realised that jogging isn't as death inducing as my previous attempt had been.  In fact, I'd almost say I enjoyed it.  Maybe this won't be so hard after all.

Session: 5 minutes brisk walk
               8 sets of 60 seconds jog and 90 seconds walk
